I started Boots to Board in 2016 to help military service academy graduates get hired into mid and senior-level roles in the technology sector.
I work with companies to strategize on their toughest roles and provide top-talent veteran pipeline. My hiring expertise spans 10+ years with over 250 candidates placed into targeted technology roles at Google and other companies, as well as the creation of niche profiles and pipelines from scratch.
In addition to working directly with companies, I specialize in providing customized tools, training and career support for military members transitioning from active duty service into the private sector. I've personally worked with over 350 clients on their resumes and career development strategies.
I have also led career transition seminars for a variety of top MBA programs around the country, including the Next Step Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and at Google.
